As a CSM, you will be at the forefront of helping our customers fully leverage the Cleerit ESG SaaS solution to implement CSRD requirements, succeed with ESRS reporting, and transition to sustainable and profitable business models.

Your Responsibilities:
- Empower customers to fully leverage the SaaS solution Cleerit ESG, with inclusive ESG governance processes, data management & strategy execution capabilities, and ESRS taxonomy centric report templates
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing proactive hands-on guidance and support – from software onboarding to being the primary point of contact throughout their ESRS reporting and ESG strategy execution processes
- Engage regularly with customers to review progress and identify needs and potential areas for improvement
- Collaborate closely with the other teams to ensure that customer needs, feedback and concerns are efficiently addressed
- Bridge the gaps between sales & customer support, financial & sustainability performance, and strategy & execution success
As an advocate for customer success and an active actor of our business development:
- Provide guidance, training and mentorship to new team members
- Support sales & presales activities as a Cleerit ambassador showcasing our ESG, CSRD and technical expertise
- Represent our mission through active dialogue with partners and industries
- Accelerate our business development and revenue potentials
What We’re Looking For:
Essentials
- Proven experience in the fields of sustainability, ESG strategy, governance & reporting, consulting, project management
- Strong background in customer success, team management, business development or a related field
- Ability to set-up and execute processes for complex organizations
- Strong problem-solving skills in an international environment
- Customer-centric team-player mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attuned to remote collaboration, using digital tools, with rigorous and well-documented work processes
- Fluency in French and/or Swedish, and English
Preferred
- Expertise in performance management and financial reporting is a plus
- Prior experience with CSRD processes and ESRS reporting is a plus
- Experience with onboarding and managing customer accounts in Enterprise Software is a plus

This role is predominantly remote with occasional travel to customer locations and offices.
